Natalie Hegg has 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with the first decade spent on the operator side as an engineer before transitioning into technology and service sales. After working with both operators and service companies for over 12 years, Natalie founded Sorse in 2020 to help emerging oilfield technologies successfully enter and scale within the operator market.
Sorse operates as a fractional sales organization, representing innovative technologies and helping operators identify solutions that best fit their technical challenges and organizational structures. Since its founding, Sorse has represented more than 25 technologies and successfully expanded their adoption across 50+ operators spanning Production, Drilling & Completions, Water Management, and Geoscience.

Natalie has built a reputation for identifying high-impact technologies and accelerating their market adoption. Many of the solutions she has represented—including Corva, WiseRock, PumpChecker, BarrelEye, Hulk, and Restream—have experienced significant growth and operator adoption during her involvement. Her work centers on operational efficiency, automation-driven software platforms, and specialized downhole technologies used in drilling, completions, and production operations.

Jaime graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in finance. Her career in the industry began at Marathon in Treasury, followed by a move to Canada, where she took a position in Accounting.
Jaime thrives in fast-paced environments where organization and hard work are essential. She prides herself in building and maintaining relationships. Jaime is passionate about contributing to team success and continuously seeking ways to enhance processes and performance.

Natalie NAEVE
Natalie brings over 20 years of oil and gas experience spanning completions leadership, workover operations, and production engineering. A graduate of the Colorado School of Mines in Petroleum Engineering, she has led multi-disciplinary projects throughout the major U.S. onshore basins, aligning technical performance and field execution to deliver measurable operational results. Her background includes overseeing complex well programs from design through optimization, with a focus on reliability, cycle time, and overall well economics.
Known for her operator-first perspective and systems-level thinking, Natalie evaluates technologies through the lens of practical field application and long-term performance. She partners with operators and technology providers where there is clear alignment and tangible value, bridging the gap between innovation and real-world execution.
